The way I see it, if we all just made a few more healthy choices, we would be so much healthier that the health care debate wouldn't be so important. We've gotten to a point where everything is about convenience. Some people rely on their doctors to prescribe medication for ailments that could be eliminated by simply switching diet, or having more exercise, or getting rid of poisons in their home!
So, in order to be as healthy as possible, here are a few ideas:
1. Get more exercise

3. Eat nuts instead of chips

5. Get sunshine every day
6. Limit your meat intake
